Before getting the chance to speak to the longtime barista Habteselassie Sherka, my first impression was that he was a quiet guy who only focused on his work at making coffee. Spending a few minutes talking to him, his friendly and funny persona started to show. “I find making fine ground coffee very difficult”, he said when asked what was the most challenging part of his job as a barista. “An overly coarse grind isn’t good but beans which are too finely ground would also make our work difficult,” he explains

    We have traveled twice to addis to build our family, and both times we visited Tomoca. For us it is a very special place that is close to our hearts
