Teddy Afro’s sentence cut
Teddy Afro who has been convicted to causing the death of a young man in hit and run incident has had his jail sentence reduced.
Teddy who was imprisoned for six years saw his six year jail sentence cut by four years.
After hearing Teddy’s appeal, the Federal Supreme Court, this morning decided the judges had been mistaken for the six year sentence allowed for the offence and squashed the original punishment and replace it with two years.
Thus, Teddy would spend only two years in prison.
