An inspector from the Office quoted by the paper was said to have that three guards who were on duty testified it was the singer’s car that caused the accident.
The Inspector was also quoted to have said that Teddy was questioned a day after the accident and admitted to have passed through the street three times.
The Traffic Office says it is gathering medical evidences and testimonals and would send them to the Justice Minister after.
